Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation to avoid a 50% of service charge. No Show Appointments will result in a 100% of service charge. Thank you for your consideration of our policy and your stylist’s time. We conveniently provide text or email in advance for appointment confirmations.
Payment Policy
We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note that we cannot add gratuities onto credit cards.
$35.00 fee on all returned checks.
No Refunds Policy
At Sacarrha, we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clients. While we do not offer refunds on services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with the results, we are happy to make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost, depending on the situation. Please notify us within [7 days] of your appointment so we can ensure you leave our salon feeling your best.
Deposit Policy for Large Services
At Sacarrha Salon, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to each of our clients. To ensure our time and resources are used efficiently, we require a deposit for large services such as color corrections, bridal parties, extensions, and other extensive treatments. Deposit Requirements:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for any large service.
• This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Why We Require Deposits: Large services require significant preparation and time. The deposit ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources to make your experience outstanding and prevent any lost time due to last-minute changes.
